A Down Payment invoice is automatically created in ConnectWise PSA, which can then be applied and restricted to the correct project, agreement, sales order, or ticket at a later date.
That's right, we've cut 17+ steps down into just three! And as soon as a quote's been accepted, you're granted instant visibility in ConnectWise PSA over any payments that have been received.
In a nutshell:
- No more manual roadblocks to collecting upfront payments;
- Take downpayments directly from a quote without needing to generate an invoice and close your cash gap;
- Only available for ConnectWise CPQ - WisePay - PSA users; no other quoting, payment or PSA tool will allow you to fully restrict a downpayment.
